Other than the parties explicitly involved in a transaction, neither HCOC nor any members are in any way responsible or involved, whether directly or indirectly, for the outcome of any transaction that takes place here. Anyone who wishes to sell or buy goods or services in this forum understands that he/she needs to exercise their own common-sense and judgement and that he/she enters into a transaction at his/her own free will. Neither HCOC nor its members (except for those individuals engaging in the transaction) shall be held liable for any outcome arising from the said transaction.
   
3. Please post the part(s) / car(s) that you wish to buy / sell in the appropriate sub-forums.
   
4. Please refrain from creating multiple postings for the same part(s) / car(s).
   
5. Please try to consolidate all the parts(s) / car(s) that you wish to sell / buy into one single posting.
   
6. Always update the status of your threads. If the part(s) / car(s) has been sold / found, please state it in your thread.
   
7. Any threads that is not updated / has no replies within 30 days will be removed from our forum without prior notice.
   
8. The thread starter has the rights to set the price of the item that he / she wish. Please refrain from commenting about their price or any other matter which could affect the sales of the item.
   
9. Please note that failure to comply with any of the above rules & regulations will result in your threads being removed WITHOUT any prior notice.
